Food we consume contain various substance like carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals which provides energy needed in human body to function properly and lead active lives. Sources of this energy are variety of food we consume. Our body burns food for energy to run different organs like lungs, heart, liver and intestine.
